Lâviu is the first B & B in Puebla and the region that has the best of all worlds: an aesthetic space on the heights with a spectacular view at an affordable price in a cozy atmosphere. For your short or long stay in Puebla, Lâviu is your home.
We are very happy to have you with us.
All our rooms have full bathroom, closet, cable TV and a spectacular view.
All our reservations include breakfast, in a space with view to the volcanoes. Breakfast is American style which includes yogurt, fruit, cereal, granola, eggs or quesadillas or tamales, bread, coffee, juice or tea and water (unlimited).
The Bed and Breakfast or in its abbreviated form B & B, is a guest house that offers moderate prices.
The concept of B & B was born in Europe, but in the 1960s it was introduced in the United States and today it is known all over the world. Basically, it is a residential property with less than ten rooms, which has been fitted to fulfill this purpose. It is characterized by a cozy and homely atmosphere.

Free cancellations up to 72 hrs prior check in. Between 71 and up to 48 hours before, (ONLY ONCE) there is flexibility to change for another specific date, no refunds within the last 72 hrs prior check in. This policy is subject to availability with rate adjustment, if applicable.
Reservations made in cash and / or transfer will require a credit card or a cash deposit for ($100 USD) for any additional charge. In case of unnecessary, it will be returned in full at check out.
Help us keep this space clean. The only areas where food consumption is allowed are the high and hexagonal low tables.
Food consumption is not allowed in any of the living rooms or rooms.
It is not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages in any area of this space. (Lâviu)
Please deposit food and beverage residues in the trash can.

Remember to put your valuables in safe deposit boxes and make sure you do not forget anything before you leave. Your possessions are your responsibility.
For smoking in Lâviu, the penalty is $ 100 per incident. The second incident will have to vacate the property, in addition to covering the total amount of the reservation nights.
We love animals, but free in the field. In Lâviu for the sake of allergy sufferers, pets are strictly prohibited. To ignore this warning, a penalty of $ 100 per pet will be applied and you will have to vacate the property, in addition to covering the total amount of the reservation nights.
For damage to property or take towels or any other object belonging to Lâviu, the total amount of such objects will be charged to the credit card.
For parking in another drawer that does not correspond or invade another parking drawer the penalty is $ 50 USD
The breakfast hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
One parking drawer per room (maximum height 2.10m).
When the building was built, it was not considered of origin for public use but residential. We regret not being able to provide service to wheelchair users as unfortunately the architectural features of Lâviu are not fit to meet those needs. We really sorry.
